Setting of inside the materials and coiling
The materials would be placed on the shelves and fixed by lifting machine.
Flattening Machine
It compose by flatting and decelerating two parts and adjust gap between top and bottom rollers by top roller adjusting sets.It is running the bottom roller by timing power machine and then flatten the steel plates.It controlled flattening and shearing length of the plates by power.
Assistant transition setting
Flattening materials was output via flattening machine,and then enter into the transition splint set which in front of the shearing macine.
Guillotine shearing machine
It was operated cutting according the exact measure by electric appliance box.
Stowing and Output set
Shearing materials was stow on this set, stacking naturally and output.If you dont want stow, each piece would be outputting. Switch to the next working procedure of bending.
